Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

MousePresets sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or used.

By purchasing from MousePresets, you understand that you are buying a digital preset pack, setup files, and related instructions. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

No Returns for Digital Products

We do not accept returns for digital products.

Once access to a digital product has been provided, the product is considered delivered. This includes download access, order confirmation, product files, setup instructions, or any other digital delivery method connected to your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind after purchase;
  • buying the wrong product by mistake;
  • not reading the product description before purchase;
  • unsupported mouse software or hardware;
  • game updates or software updates that affect how a preset works;
  • bans, restrictions, or account penalties in any game or platform;
  • inability to follow the setup instructions;
  • expected results differing from personal preference.

Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • the product was not delivered;
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • the wrong file was provided due to a store error;
  • the delivered file is damaged or unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Before any refund is considered, we may ask for order details, screenshots, error messages, or other information needed to verify the issue.

Technical Issues

If you have trouble downloading, opening, importing, or using a purchased file, please contact us first.

Most technical problems can be fixed by checking the correct mouse software, profile settings, file format, or setup steps. We may provide guidance, replacement files, or updated instructions when needed.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the product was delivered correctly and can be used with the supported software listed on the product page.

Compatibility

Each product page lists the supported mouse software and relevant setup details.

You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase. Refunds are not provided if the product is purchased for unsupported software, unsupported hardware, or a setup that is not listed on the product page.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute.

We keep order records, delivery details, and product access information for fraud prevention and dispute handling.
